I have been with our wife since we were both freshmen in middle school. It may be corny to marry your childhood sweetheart, however call it what you want it makes myself and others legitimately thrilled. Way back then, we constantly talked about the dream home we would get one day. Ever since we got married, many years ago, we have been scrimping and saving for that house. Well, we finally found a arena that is everything we ever wanted. Both of us have enough in the bank for a down payment, so I suppose this is entirely going to happen. The one big fly in the ointment is the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system in the house. It is legitimately old, and while it still is wonderful for cooling down the house, it is past its shelf life and soon to perish. If we spend everything we have on getting the arena we may not have enough left over for the modern Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system we need. It’s a real conundrum for me, because I legitimately much appreciate having temperature control. My asthma has been so much better since we started using these HEPA air filters in our air conditioner. I don’t want to go back to terrible air quality, not to mention the other concerns that come with an outdated undefined. Who knows how dirty those air vents are, or what pigeons have nested in the air duct? I suppose we need to call an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to perform a full inspection on the system before we come to our final decision on buying this house.
