My partner and I recently came to the conclusion that each of us want to have my elderly Grandmother come and live with us. She can’t genuinely live well on her own anymore and both one of us genuinely don’t want to have to put her into a retirement home or some nursing home. However the people I am with and I have a separate but connected in-law suite at our new home which has its own zone controlled heating and air conditioner device so both of us think it will be a good set-up for all three of us. We’re looking forward to simply having her here, even though when she was living in her own place, she never even ran her central air conditioner device because she takes some sort of blood thinning medication which makes her cold all of the time. The terrible thing about all of it was that any time one of us went over to pay a visit, the fact there was no A/C running made it legitimately uncomfortable in her house. However it consistently felt as though she had a gas furnace running inside there even though she didn’t! I think that air quality in Grandmother’s home was pretty terrible because she never ever opened her windows to let some fresh air in. I believe for a fact she never had that air conditioner or heating ventilation ducts cleaned out by any professional HVAC corporation. I’m genuinely hoping that when she moves in with myself and my partner, our high quality HVAC plan along with the air purification system will help her to breath and to believe she is more healthy. Even if each one of us have our air conditioner set too cold for her taste, she’ll be able to be snug and cozy since she will have her own zone control heating in her section of the house.
