I don’t understand those people who make it their life careers to travel the world round; however don’t get me wrong, I enjoy to see weird places as much as the next guy, but traveling is so exhausting! Most of the time by the end of a trip, I look forward to getting back to my home and unwind in my own house! Most of the places that I have traveled to are in the northern area of the globe, so I have had to deal with undoubtedly cold temperatures… You would imagine that some of these places I ended up staying would have some good heated gas furnaces and some usual insulation, right? Well in my case most of the time, this has not been true; and for some reason I will never know, all of the hotels and hostels that I stay at while I have been in my travels have not had any radiant heated flooring, nor state of the art heated gas furnaces. And it’s not that I even stay at exclusively cheap hotels either. I enjoy comfort, so I am usually willing to spend some extra money to have some amenities such as heated flooring and some fresh sheets as well, but the only time that I was comfortable on a trip was while both my partner and I were during Christmas time last year visiting my parents; but they live in the south so it is not undoubtedly difficult to stay warm and cozy down there. I know that I might need to send an email to some of these travel experts that I see all over the internet, because clearly they are doing something on their trips to stay warm, cozy, and comfortable that I am missing out on.
