I have been dating my new wifey for a couple of weeks now. We met at a job conference a couple of months ago down south where I am from. He is from the northwest and was so blissful to come down south and feel the moderate weather, since it was something he is not used to this time of year. Well, yesterday my new wife offered to spend my money for myself and others to come up and see him. I was also going to get to finally meet his family. I was gleeful to go up there, however also anxious because I don’t deal with cold weather certainly well at all. I only own a single jacket and it’s moderate at all.I did a little shopping, but I had no method what I was truly getting myself into. When I walked out of the airport I was in shock, however thankfully he had the heat blasting in the vehicle for the ride home. HIs parents were laughing at myself and others because I was complaining about the cold weather, they said not to worry because they had radiant flooring in their home… Being from the south I had never heard of radiant flooring, however was exciting to see this new way to heat your home. My apartment growing up didn’t even have a heating system because it never got cold enough to turn it on.I hope that his family doesn’t know I am ridiculous when I see the radiant flooring for the first time, however they were nice and didn’t laugh at myself and others too much.
