I’m fine with a ductless system

Going with an item that we feel is essential for our life and comfort is difficult.  Often, we experience times where things are less than ideal and we have to push through those times and hopefully learn from them.  My mom told me when we were older that they amazing snacks that she used to mix up for us came about because she had a little of this left and a little of that so she mixed it together out of necessity and we had no idea but loved it.   As an adult I have found ways to provide comfort and save for my family as well. I learned that most homeowners save an average of 15% on the energy bills using radiant heating floor. Our home originally had traditional radiators which have to be heated to a temperature around 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit to effectively heat the room.  The radiators also did not heat our home evenly. The areas that were directly in front or around the radiators were always too warm and the areas more to the center of the room was cooler. With radiant heated floors homeowners have the option of electric or water based systems. Both the electric and water based heating systems provided consistent heat throughout the room from the floor up.  The water based system runs heated water through pipes located underneath the floors, whereas the electrical system uses wiring. Also, both radiant heating only needs to run at 84 degrees Fahrenheit or less depending on the type of floors. Having to consume less energy to heat the room has lowered our monthly utility bill.
