I have been renting out our old house in neighborhood to our neighbor Peter for nearly numerous years. When I graduated from university, I moved out away from the city in addition to didn’t need our house anymore; Luckily for me, our neighbor Peter was desperate to find a cheap arena to live in the city. The house isn’t anything pretty, but it has everything you need for a a single room apartment. A heating in addition to cooling unit, stove, in addition to washroom. The only problem is that I still pay the yearly heating in addition to cooling bills for the apartment. I don’t suppose why I agreed to do this, but at the time when the two of us signed the contract it sounded love a superb idea. He would pay me the rent, in addition to I would pay a super low cost for the heating in addition to cooling. However now it seems love as of late he has been running his heating in addition to cooling system much more often than in the past, which is costing me a boat load of money! I decided to ask him about it a single day at breakfast, in addition to he told me the reason the heating in addition to cooling is costing so much is because he decided to downgrade to an old school Heating in addition to A/C heating in addition to cooling system. The reason he told was because he didn’t love the look of the a single newer unit, it messed up the “look” of his apartment. Are you kidding me! This guy is costing me a silly amount of money now because he didn’t love the look of his old heating in addition to cooling unit! I adore him as a friend, but the two of us will be re negotiating our contract really soon. If he is unwilling to do so, then the two of us am not afraid to call up our lawyer, even if he is a single of our best buddies.
