Garage needs heated floors

My hubby and I want to replace our garage… Both of us want to redo the flooring in there since it is so uneven. Both of us want to add fresh pavement, smooth it out and add a Heating and Air Conditioning system… After doing some research online, I found the perfect heating proposal for the garage; I can add radiant heating to the garage! The radiant gas furnace is meant to go in the flooring of a space, and my hubby and I are already ripping out the old floor and replacing with new, which will make it easy to install the necessary heating equipment before installing the modern flooring overtop. We will avoid the inconvenience of ripping up the floors just to install the heating and can kill two birds with one stone. It is said to be better for the radiant floors to be done after a floor is completely ripped up. Both of us won’t get cooling with this system, but heating should be enough. Both of us are from the north, cooling is only necessary for about 2 months of the year. Most of the time, the weather is chilly. The radiant floors will come in handy for this; Our cars will no longer have ice on them from the freezing leaking water in the garage. The heated flooring will melt all the ice and make the cars toasty warm; Radiant heat absorbs into any object that touches it. No heated air will rise and there are no freezing spots with this furnace. My hubby and I guess we will love radiant floors enough to put them in our house. One thing at a time though.
