I recently visited a single of our friends condo plus was kind of surprised at how disappointing his air quality was in his home. I noticed that I was sneezing a lot plus it was kind of difficult to breathe at times. I don’t even have really drastic dust irritations, so I knew that something was up. He seemed to be blowing his nose plus coughing a lot too, but he also seemed to completely oblivious of it as if he took it for granted. It’s not appreciate his condo was particularly dirty or anything. In fact, it was considerably clean. He did have a couple dogs, but I never knew him to have dog dust irritations plus why would he even have them if that was the case? After dinner, we got to talking about a few things. I realized what might be his problem in his condo with all of the irritants that were making us cough plus sneeze. I steered the conversation towards Heating, Ventilation & A/C, plus that seemed to remind him of something he apparently had forgotten. It turns out that his air filter had not been changed for going on five months. He also could not remember the last time he had his Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan thoroughly cleaned plus serviced. I was not surprised at all by this revelation. He seemed kind of embarrassed that Heating, Ventilation & A/C service had slipped his mind. He said that he would schedule an appointment with an Heating, Ventilation & A/C business immediately, then at least then he would get some relief from the allergens.
