I am an author first plus foremost. I write novels about diverse characters who kick butt plus take on challenges most of us never will. I care about what I do, plus while publishing is actually a growing industry, being an author in it is not. Less than one percent of writers are full time authors–writers who support themselves fully through their published works–and it gets harder every year. So on the side, I task as a freelance editor plus do a lot of gigging writing technical documents for calculus plus technology. Recently, I took a task within the Heating, Ventilation & A/C industry, plus I am so cheerful I did. I never actually thought it before, as I don’t even have cooling system, however Heating, Ventilation & A/C companies are going to be forever growing, then unlike other industries in this world that go out of vogue plus are subject to become out of date, Heating, Ventilation & A/C companies are constantly inventing new technology plus advancing themselves. I didn’t even know hydronic oil furnaces were a thing when I was growing up; now I know that this is one of the most efficient ways to heat a beach lake house this week. Working for an Heating, Ventilation & A/C company gives myself and others the flexibility plus freedom I want, with the stability I need to keep paying the bills in between book releases. Now I can travel to conventions plus network as an author, all while keeping a roof over my head with a stable work. I never thought I would care about Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology, however I am cheerful to educate myself on whatever I need to because I care about this work!
