I’ve always dreamed of living on the beach, ever since I was a little girl. When I was ten years old, my parents took us to the bach for a whole week. It was the first time that I had ever seen waves or the ocean. We played on the beach every day. At night, I could hear the sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the shoreline. Ever since that trip, I have dreamed about living on the beach. When my husband proposed to me, we started looking at houses. I told him that I wanted to live by the beach, and he was happy to search for properties in the area. We found a charming two bedroom bungalow on the beach. It was only fifty yards from the water. It was the summer at this point, and the outdoor weather was extremely hot. When we viewed the bungalow, the owner told us the HVAC unit was down. I wanted to have a thorough inspection of the HVAC unit, since it wasn’t performing at all. We had to pay for a licensed HVAC inspector to survey the unit for problems. The HVAC inspector spent an hour reviewing the entire system. After hearing from the HVAC provider, we decided to make an offer on the beach bungalow. The HVAC unit needed to tuned-up, but our inspector assured us this was an easy process. We hope to move in to the new place, as soon as we can. We already started choosing paint samples, and I’ve been looking at flooring. All of my dreams are finally coming true.
