Every one of us have a large bonus room up above our 2 vehicle garage. It was legitimately a single of the selling points for our house. Every one of us legitimately liked the fact that we had all of this extra space to use up there for storage plus to make into a guest area. That way, we wouldn’t have to have ventilation ducts installed, which is a single of the most difficult parts of installing a modern HVAC unit.
