People not happy with the a/c breakdown

I task in a large downtown office building that is regularly quite comfortable.  The building is equipped with a commercial rooftop heating and cooling program that is powerful enough to handle any weather extreme.  In our local area, both of us deal with sub zero Wintertide uneven temperatures and Summer heat that climbs into the nineties. The commercial Heating, Ventilation and A/C program operates year round and definitely maintains an ideal and consistent temperature throughout the numerous offices.  The program further circulates and filters contaminants out the air, creating a absolutely clean, fresh and healthy environment. Because of the effectiveness of this current Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, we’ve all gotten rather spoiled. I don’t worry about dressing for the challenges of the weather.  Other than when I walk from our motorcar to the building, the snow, wind, rain, humidity and other weather conditions problems don’t bother myself and others at all. Unfortunately, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C program malfunctioned in early June. For numerous afternoons, the air conditioning system made an unpleasant squeaking sound.  The two of us all observed a significant amount of dust floating around in the air and settling on surfaces. Several of our coworkers complained of headaches and blamed the air conditioner. Eventually, the cooling program completely quit. Although the office director immediately called for repair, there was a wait of numerous afternoons for an appointment.  An Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor then checked the unit, and figured out that numerous parts needed to be replaced. It took numerous days for the parts to come in. Because of a long weekend, both of us ended up going without air conditioner in the office for over a week. The entire building was excruciatingly tepid and sticky, and most people was miserable.
