Have you ever had 15 youngsters in a single room after they have played outside in the hot season heat? There is nothing similar to having those 15 youngsters scorching hot after spending a couple hours playing out in the hot season sun. Here in the South the hot season sunshine gets drastically warm plus the temperatures can reach up in the 90’s. One summer time while I was now working with youngsters, that’s what happened except there was no cool place to go. The Air Conditioner plus Heater equipment stopped working at the summer time camp I worked at while every one of us were outside plus the youngsters were working up a sweat! It was time to go inside, get some drinks, cool off, plus spend some time doing some easier activities. When every one of us got inside plus headed to the room it was not cool in the slightest, it was drastically sizzling! Once every one of us got into the room I opened a window plus called the supervisor right away! She informed myself and others the entire HVAC unit had stopped working so the whole building was as warm as our room. Instead of making the youngsters stay in the building while the air conditioner professional came plus repaired the Air Conditioner plus Heater equipment, I took the children back outside. At least there was a nice breeze that day as every one of us waited for the air conditioner equipment to be fixed. I kept the youngsters outside the rest of the day. I dreaded the next afternoon as every one of us would be spending the afternoon in the heat with no relief in a cool building. I arrived that following afternoon plus to my surprise the building was perfectly cool. The HVAC professional had repaired the problem. That day the children made the decision to do something nice for the tech plus drew pictures along with writing thank you notes. It was a truly pleasant day!
