I started buying homes in our part of the Northwest about 20 years ago. The housing market was unquestionably depressed so it was a good time to buy property. I had especially good luck with the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier who often gave me a discount because I kept calling him to repair my several gas heating systems or air conditioning units. It seemed care about everyday that a single renter or another had some sort of emergency. If it was for a Heating and Air Conditioning issue I would call the company plus they would send a repair specialist out quickly to service the units. The worst a single I remember was a afternoon in the Fall when it was just between needing air conditioning plus the gas furnace. A long time renter called me plus reported his AC was not working. I had my Heating and Air Conditioning company on speed dial plus they came quickly to check on the air conditioning unit. After a few hours, I acquired a call from the repair man saying that the component was most likely shot plus would need to be replaced. This is never good news from a property owner viewpoint however what can you do. I said go ahead. He called me back in a few hours plus let me think that they were having a special deal of heating plus AC units if installed at the same time. The gas furnace in that component was unquestionably outdated so I decided to spend even more money however figured it would offset another emergency down the road. The new Heating and Air Conditioning was installed the next afternoon… When I acquired the bill I was cheerful to see an additional discount for being a good customer.
