Today my wife took the day off from her place of work to spend the day with me Christmas shopping. We needed to get gifts for all of our kids, so as you can easily imagine, it was easily going to take us a good amount of time! I do prefer spending the day with my lovely wife, usually, but this particular day proved to be a little bit frustrating. The whole reason was because she as well as I have genuinely different body temperatures. Her body temperature tends to run on the frigid side, whereas I’m genuinely tepid natured. This constantly leads to issues for us when it comes to the heating as well as cooling device situation in the car when we are driving together… I had on a warm Christmas sweater, as well as I was pretty tepid this morning. She was just wearing a light sweatshirt as well as she was nippy! So of course she started up the heating device as well as began blasting the heating from the air vents right into our faces. By the time we actually made it out onto the highway, I was covered in sweat and I was wishing for some cooling. When I reached over to the car thermostat to turn the heating device down, she asked what I thought I was doing, since it was rather cold inside the car. I told her to look at the sweat dripping down my face as well as she told me I was a strange one! I laughed as well as then we turned on the dual switch for the car’s thermostat system. That way, she was able to have the heating blowing out through the air vents on her side of the car, as I could have the cooling device cranked up on my side!
