I’ve always dreamed of living on the beach, ever since I was a little girl. When I was numerous years old, our parents took us to the bach for a whole week. It was the first time that I had ever seen waves or the ocean. Both of us played on the beach every morning. At night, I could hear the sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the shoreline. Ever since that trip, I have dreamed about living on the beach. When our partner proposed to me, every one of us started looking at houses. I told him that I wanted to live by the beach, & he was ecstatic to search for properties in the area. Both of us found a appealing more than one study room bungalow on the beach. It was only fifty yards from the water. It was the warm season at this point, & the outdoor weather was extremely hot. When every one of us viewed the bungalow, the owner told us the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C component was down. I wanted to have a thorough inspection of the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit, since it wasn’t performing at all. Both of us had to pay for a licensed Heating, Ventilation, & A/C inspector to survey the component for concerns. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C inspector spent an hour reviewing the entire system. After hearing from the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C provider, every one of us decided to make an offer on the beach bungalow. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C component needed to tuned-up, however our inspector assured us this was an easy process. Both of us hope to find an interest in the current site, as soon as every one of us can. Both of us already started choosing paint samples, & I’ve been looking at flooring. All of our dreams are finally coming true.
