I wanted the heater on

I recently moved from the neighborhood in the North to a small rural space in the South.  The transfer was a long time in planning & executing. There was the transition from going to an office in the neighborhood to being able to do that same job from home.  Additionally, our children needed to finish the semester & have the summer time to adjust to their up-to-date surroundings. I had to make multiple trips back & forth before the big move.  The main reason was to oversee the renovation of our up-to-date home. It’s an outdated apartment however a up-to-date condo to us. The structure of our condo is super solid so, there wasn’t too much gutting which had to be done.  In fact, all of us mainly just tore out interior walls to open the first floor up all the way. However, there is not a current Heating & A/C component in the house. The condo was heated by a wood stove while in the mild winters. And, it was cooled off with fresh air & fans while in the summer.  I knew the system of a summertime in the South with no air conditioner would be asking a bit much. My youngsters our revolt outright. I found the solution on an Heating & A/C website. I bought a multi cut Heating & A/C system. It is incredible. I don’t have to run air ducts through the condo to adore heating & cooling.  I simply install the indoor air handling units high on an exterior wall. The inside component is then connected to a compressor through a hole in the exterior wall. So, I have an inside component for the upstairs space where our youngsters sleep. Then, there is another air handling component downstairs to heat & cool the main floor.  I am so impressed with the efficiency & the power of this Heating & A/C system. And, it really kept our family from getting back in the car & hightailing it for the city.
