We have a sizable bonus room up above our many vehicle garage. It was really one of the selling points for our house. We really liked the fact that the people I was with and I had all of this extra area to use up there for storage in addition to to make into a guest area. So finally after my younger sister had to stay in the bonus room with only an electric area gas furnace in the Winter last year, my fiance in addition to I gave up in addition to called our local Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C dealer in addition to had them come out to do an assessment for us. The heating in addition to a/coworker commanded that the people I was with and I have a ductless mini-split system installed in the bonus room. That way, the people I was with and I wouldn’t have to have ventilation ducts installed, which is one of the most difficult parts of installing a new Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C unit.
