Benefits of automation:

I am very proud to work in a facility whose advances work to bring in new job opportunities in this country. Unlike many other businesses, who work to put many jobs overseas in order to turn a larger profit, our medical testing company keeps all of its labs right her in the US, and while our friends often tell myself and others that their task is laying people off, as well as how upset they are for the future, our task is consistently hiring; this is because our smart building undoubtedly creates even more job opportunities, rather than getting rid of them. It’s funny to for me to see everytime I turn on the news people are freaking out that robots are going to be the end of human employment in multiple industries. In our industry, our robots actually create the need for more work, not less. The smart building has a lot of aspects which need to be monitored by a human being. The automation server alone has its own team, which is made up of thirty people as well as counting. As our industry grows, so too does the automation server. We have to draft new building management methods all the time, as the automated testing unit the people I was with and I have created is very the first of its kind. Then once the software is complete, the people I was with and I need physical employees for this new department to respectfully label as well as coordinate the samples so they consistently go down the tracks respectfully. Thanks to our brilliant employees though, we’re growing all the time. With this new smart building medical lab, I’ve been able to get tasks for friends as well as family which turn into life long careers.
