My colleague plus I have been teaching at the same elementary school for years. The people I was with and I started when both of us had both moved from out of state plus have become fantastic friends since. One of our greatest accomplishments was being able to raise enough money to install a current heating plus a/c plan in the school. The school is very small plus is housed a building that was built in the 1960s, for the most part, the school is great, however, the seasoned heating plus a/c plan was terrible. Often times, the A/C would blow out dust plus luke sizzling air, making the conditions for both the lecturers plus students terrible. The people I was with and I all kept asking for repairs to be done to the AC. An Heating, Ventilation plus A/C team was called out plus both of us were told that the plan needed to be replaced. My coworker plus I both knew that school did not have money for a current Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system, but both of us also knew the people of the community enjoyed the school. So, both of us got to work. The people I was with and I spoke with more than 2 Heating, Ventilation plus A/C companies plus found a company that was willing to do the install at a discount since both of us were at a school. With that information in mind, both of us had a carnival fundraiser. Setting up the fundraiser for the current heating plus a/c unit was simple. The whole community pitched in, helping set up games plus fun activities for adults plus children alike. By the end of the night, both of us had surpassed our goal plus while I was in the Springtime chop that year, the current Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan was installed.
