I don’t prefer having the type of house that is always cold, but the two of us seem to always have the air conditioner on. More than one person in my house is certainly cold, and the rivershack equipment has gets a workout during summer times. The two of us even feel a bit of sweat at all on our brow, the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment come right on. The two of us have a special priority sensor set so that our air conditioner will come on if the temperature inside of the house is even one partial degree above 75°. The two of us believe this is more than one of the appropriate temperatures that a river Shack can actually function well in. If the temperature is too high, the heating, ventilation, and air conditioner will not work well enough to remove the proper amount of moisture for the air. The same can be true for other certain events during the winter, when the furnace is the most important part. The two of us compromise every year by making sure that our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment are ready for whatever type of ailments we throw in its direction. Sometimes the two of us split these apartments right down the middle, so we can try to figure out a way to have the settings so everyone is comfortable. In the future, Zone heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment will be on our list of things to save for. I would love to control the heating and air conditioner four different places and rooms.
