I have been renting out my old home in town to my neighbor Peter for nearly more than nine years. When I graduated from school, I moved out away from the city and didn’t need my home anymore, however luckily for me, my neighbor Peter was desperate to find a cheap arena to live in the city. The home isn’t anything pretty, however it has everything you need for a one room apartment. A heating and cooling unit, stove, and powder room. The only concern is that I still pay the daily heating and cooling bills for the apartment. I don’t guess why I agreed to do this, however at the time when we signed the contract it sounded love a great idea. She would pay me the rent, and I would pay a super low cost for the heating and cooling. However now it seems love as of late she has been running her heating and cooling plan much more often than in the past, which is costing me a boat load of currency! I decided to ask him about it one day at dinner, and she told me the reason the heating and cooling is costing so much is because she decided to downgrade to an old school HVAC heating and cooling system. The reason she told was because she didn’t love the look of the one newer unit, it messed up the “look” of her apartment. Are you kidding me! This woman is costing me a silly amount of currency now because she didn’t love the look of her old heating and cooling unit! I care about him as a friend, however we will be re negotiating our contract undoubtedly soon. If she is unwilling to do so, after that I am not afraid to call up my lawyer, even if she is one of my best buddies.
