Unfortunately, I have to travel a lot for work. And whenever I’m out of town, my partner turns up the temperature control unit because he’s always cold. He likes to jump into bed at night to put his cold feet on me. So whenever I’m not there he says that he can’t ever get warm. I get so mad at him for freezing me with his cold feet! It’s funny that he has to use me as a heater. I don’t understand why he won’t just wear slippers in our house, since the two of us have tile plus hardwood floors throughout our house, and our floors get absolutely cold, especially in the winter. It’s not like we have radiant floors or radiant heating, although I wish that we did! Last time I went on an extended supplier trip, I was gone for almost three whole weeks. My poor partner said that he stayed cold for the entire time I was gone that trip! And he had the oil furnace temperature turned up to almost 76 degrees. He also put a space heater next to our bed. But he said that even with that extra heat, he still couldn’t manage to get warm. I’m starting to think that he must have poor circulation or something! I don’t understand why he stays so cold! You’d think that we keep the air conditioning running in the dead of winter in our house! He was so glad to see me come home from my last trip! But I really wasn’t glad to see our oil furnace and heating bill for when I was gone on my trip. The bill was almost twice as much as it usually is!
