Have to have temperature control

My wife and I are a couple of amateur entrepreneurs, always looking for the next substantial trend on which to capitalize. We’ve opened up suppliers that cater to niche crowds, and we’ve successfully launched our own merchandise distribution center! While these are superb sources of income, they’re supplementary at best – we still need second jobs to make sure we can provide for ourselves. Well, that might change in the next few months, as my wife and business partner came to myself and others with an idea – buy a condo, and rent it out. Yet neither my wife or myself wanted to be someone’s property manager, though – we would make far more money by letting people rent out the condo for a week or so! She and I found the perfect condo to do this in, too – it’s a two-story condo with high vaulted ceilings, concrete floors and a large backyard. My  wife and I loved the condo, and saw superb openings to prosper with this as an Air BnB. She and I just had to deal with 2 substantial complications: no heating, and no air conditioning! Thanks to to problem we were able to negotiate the condo for much cheaper than expected. We refused to let the lack of a central heating and cooling plan get in the way of our plans. Besides, we figured that renovating some part of the gas furnace and AC systems was inevitable, so we saw it as a sunk cost. With the condo ours, my wife offered to handle sourcing the central heater and AC plan equipment, while I focus on cleaning up the back patio to make it fantastic as a gathering space… It was about a month later that my wife presented me with some wild ideas I’d never even heard of! Radiant floors, high-velocity duct systems, and something about a mini split system? She was all over the place, so we’ll need to take a breather and evaluate our options.
