HVAC call job

When I applied for my new task I had a feeling I was going to be excellent at it. I mean, it’s not that I have a great deal of experience with the line of work or anything, however the nature of the position was ideal for my previous life experiences. I was a little shocked to be given the position, considering I had failed to exhibit any depth of know-how when it came down to the ownership or operation of A/C devices as well as oil furnaces, despite the fact that I must have had enough experience with my own control device as well as air filters to pass the pop quiz. I also know that my personality had a lot to do with the final applicant selection, because I am basically custom fit to take care of these duties. You see, nowadays I work as a phone operator at a large Heating as well as A/C service shop as well as ventilation service specialist in a major city. Like I said before, I don’t have any particular know-how in heating as well as cooling devices to speak of. I’m not a certified ventilation specialist, I’ve never repaired my own A/C device or oil furnace in all of my life, as well as frankly, I don’t know much about how the whole air temperature control system works. That being said, I am used to managing disorganized people, and that’s more than half the battle. You see, my task consists of answering calls, gathering background information about people’s new Heating as well as A/C devices, as well as listening carefully to the concerns they’re having with the indoor air temperature. From there, I take a look at the schedules of our Heating as well as A/C device workers for the day as well as figure out who I can send on the task. The biggest issue is, I know more about the ventilation specialists’ schedules than they do! I spend more time organizing as well as directing these people than I spend talking to the customers. I am always keeping them in line, checking up on their progress, and meeting with customers to review their performances! It’s really a good thing I’m a mom, I know exactly how to do this work.
