My wifey and I obtained a truly attractive and ideal house maybe 10 years ago. It was our dream come true, and we were certain that we picked out the perfect property. However, after living in the house for various years, I have suddenly noticed a lot of issues with the air quality on a daily basis. When we first moved in the house, the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment seemingly worked great. The house was always cool and crisp inside during the warm season, and in the Winter season weeks, our place was always beautifully warm and cozy. Our energy bills were low because the HVAC system ran so efficiently. I never noticed much dust on the household surfaces or floating in the air until just recently. The air quality is less than attractive now and my allergies were acting up. I decided it was time to contact the local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor to have our program investigated. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C provider came over to the house, and performed a twenty various point inspection on our heating and cooling system one day. They probed the electrical program and the mechanical system inside the front panel, checking for any possible defects or concerns. They further inspected the ventilation program and our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C ducting and that was when they discovered the source of our terrible air quality issues. The main ducting program had various holes, debris, and there was various spots where the ducting wasn’t currently attached anymore. We had the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C provider immediately fix the issues with our ductwork. To be honest, I have not noticed a immense difference in the air quality yet. I’m hoping our HVAC system will improve with continued service. It would be nice to have lower monthly utility bills and better air quality in our house.
