I prefer to explore and travel as often as I can manage. I travel locally and internationally whenever I have a little bit of time off from work. If I don’t have time for incredibly long international trips, I try to take local trips quite often. Last year, I went to a town that was about 4 hours away with my best friends. The bunch of us decided to take a nice trip and explore a new town. It was a charming town with some seriously amazing food. However, our hotel rooms were not the greatest. The bunch of us paid a good amount of currency for our rooms, so the bunch of us expected quality in return. Instead, the bunch of us got hotel rooms without oil furnaces. It was the middle of the Winter season, so it was absolutely frosty outside. It was an unquestionably snowy weekend, so the bunch of us needed the heating machine to be comfortable. Instead, the oil heating machine refused to even turn on. The bunch of us called the hotel front desk to handle the situation. The bunch of us thought that they would handle the situation sooner than later, but we were unquestionably wrong. The bunch of us had to call several times for them to even answer the phone. When they finally answered the phone, they told us that they did not have anyone on staff to take care of the situation and that the bunch of us would have to put up with the lack of heat until the next day. To our surprise, not a soul came by the following day to service the oil furnace. It was a seriously cold weekend without heat. The bunch of us pushed through, but the bunch of us tried to push through it so that the bunch of us could enjoy the trip to the town. Despite the severe lack of heat, the bunch of us still appreciated the trip overall.
