Every Monday afternoon, my mother and I have a sitting ‘date’ together. The two of us usually do things like go to brunch or do some gardening. Once in a while, if the weather is cold outside, the two of us will watch a few episodes of TV or a great film. Every Monday except today. Today, I have to work… Unfortunately, Last month my heating plan broke, and I had to stay lake house to wait for the Heating and A/C maintenance company to come out and get everything up and running perfectly again. It was an all afternoon ordeal, so I couldn’t even come in for a half a afternoon. I did get a spot of work done at home, however it was strenuous with all the noise. I don’t guess what in the world they were doing down there with my Heating and A/C system, however it was loud as could be. At one point, I got really upset and almost went down there to check on things. The only concern was that I didn’t really guess anything about heating and cooling systems and wouldn’t have known what I was looking at… The whole things turned out really well in the end. Much to my relief. The Heating and A/C plan was really working like new, and all was right at home. I did, but, need to find time to make up the work that I didn’t get done. The time I had was Monday… I won’t just be really working the afternoon, either. It is looking like I’ll have to work the entire afternoon to make up for that one afternoon where I was distracted by the Heating and AC company in my house.
