I’m interested in a few things

I’ve been living in this same old condo for the last 11 months. During the Wintertime, I used the gas forced air furnace in the condo and it worked perfectly to keep the location warm for me and my dog. I never had an issue with it. Once the weather started to warm up, I simply turned on the air conditioning method using the thermostat in the old apartment, and also didn’t have any complications with it…until right now. It’s currently over 90 degrees outside and the Heating & Air Conditioning component just abruptly stopped really working. The blower pushes out super warm air instead. It’s love a fan instead of an air conditioning and my condo is super hot already. I am literally melting here. So, I simply turned the entire Heating & Air Conditioning method off and waited just for a couple hours while I went out for groceries. When I got back, I logically turned the air conditioning method back on and voila! It worked again perfectly. So, I thought everything was fine, however you know that the next day once the temperatures got up into the upper 68s, all of a sudden the air conditioning component died again! I waited several hours and finally went and turned it back on and it worked just fine; 100% no problems with it after that, at least for the rest of the day and evening. Then of course the next day the very same thing happened. I tried calling a few Heating & Air Conditioning contractors many times, however they all think I’m crazy. Who knows, maybe I am.
