There was this bar that started up right down the road from me. It was the best thing our town had going for it, the bar owners were so outgoing plus friendly plus often got involved in the community which did wonders for their popularity. All of us are in a ski resort area so Wintertide time is when local corporations thrive the most as there is constantly such an influx of people in the area. The bar was the perfect place to come to after a day on the trails, when you’re tired plus chilled to the bone, it was so good to pick a spot by the fire, they had a substantial gas lit stove that pumped heat plus life back into our bodies, that gas stove was the best place for an apres ski, but early in the season the people I was with and I were hit with a substantial snow storm, it took a lot of us by surprise but the people I was with and I were all too glad to hit the trails earlier than expected, all but the bar. That was the week they had the HVAC component coming in to service their HVAC system. A gas stove the size of theirs it is constantly important they have an HVAC team in to make sure all is in really working order, a mishap there could hurt a lot of people. So, unfortunately, for our Apres Ski the people I was with and I had to go to this dive bar plus use our imagination next to the heating vents, the people I was with and I imagined it was the gas stove with giant flames licking up the sides plus pretend to hear the cackling of the fire as the wood burned. It was a good day on the slopes though for sure!
