When I first moved out to this particular area of the country I was blown away by how aesthetic it was. Though it gets quite cold at times, I find it’s still worth every penny I spent moving here. There are particular ways that I can combat the cold, too. I almost always have to wear a jacket and thick pants to make sure that I stay moderate especially during the colder weeks. I also keep up with our HVAC maintenance to make sure that our systems are up to par. When I found out how important it was to keep up with their respected maintenance, I made sure that I signed up for a repair plan that would allow me to acquire regular visits to for tuning up my equipment. So far it’s paid off significantly, as I was able to get a head start on a faulty circuit inside of our heating system. I’d have hated to had to make a call because our entire heating plan went out on myself and others during a single of the colder days. Especially with how much it snows, it could have been days or even longer than a month for them to make their way out to our house. I also make sure I keep up with heating air filter changes as that keeps it running efficient, and keeps everything operating smoothly and cleanly. Overall though, I love it out here and I’d never transfer back down to our home state.
