My cousin Remy and his man got divorced plus I got my cousin in the separation. My cousin Remy needed someplace to go plus I had a spare room. I sort of see now why his partner booted him. My cousin is a mess, he tracks mud, regularly wants meat for lunch plus is unusual about Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C amounts. My cousin is regularly messing with our home’s temperature control. Really he wants the home to be 70 degrees no matter what. In the summertime I don’t try to turn on the AC. Remy just about freaks out when he feels the frosty air. In the cold season our oil furnace is going on all day, everyday. My energy bills have never been so much. My cousin is basically starting to form mildew he has been in our home so long. I never get even 1 hour with respected weather conditions control. I am thinking about Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C zone control. I could get a ductless mini-split system plus install a unit in his room. My cousin Remy could work his Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit to what he wants it to be at. Then the rest of the home, Remy and I would need to agree on a temperature. If my cousin dominates those areas as well though, I will at least have a bedroom that is the right temperature. But, how long is my cousin going to be living with me? Buying zone control is quite expensive.
