My uncle lives in an old cement home on the far side of a rural suburb in the southern midwest. Her home has seen better mornings but she diligently maintains it to the best of her abilities. She put on a brand new roof all by himself last year plus just a month ago she finished painting the exterior walls. Her current project is digging out a koi pond she says she hopes to home with frogs plus varying color koi fish plus then build expansive plant structures surrounding the pound weaving in plus out of oddly sited rocks that wrap half of the whole structure plus form a sort of wall. She says she wants to have a waterfall coming out of the top of that plant plus rock wall at some point when everything is finished. When she had to travel suddenly for a work conference, she left her humble abode confident that everything would be the same when she returned. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case–his drip line on her a/c, which carries plus empties the water that is collected while we were in the cooling process, had slowly formed a clog plus it backed up in her house. She had to have a mold remediation team come plus tear up her carpet plus treat her flooring with chemicals. Thankfully the mold growth was minimal since she had only been away for a week. She made the necessary repairs plus installed ultra violet lights in her air handler to help purify any potential spores still in the air. She legitimately l gained her lesson when it comes to keeping up on Heating plus Air Conditioning service.
