My spouse & I have lived in the same lake house since the late 90’s. While we’ve enjoyed the four-dining room lake lake house & raising a family of several within its walls, both of us were ready to move on & leave the lake house after all the teenagers moved out two years ago. It was then that our spouse & I agreed upon a numerous year method to sell the lake house & move out! The method was mostly a timeline of renovations around the lake house that would increase the value of the home. In the past two years, we’ve renovated the family room & both bathrooms, & we’ve also applied new paint to every room in the lake house permitting. Before going any further though, both of us want to make some significant changes to our heating, ventilation & air conditioning unit. After having a licensed dealer sweep through our method to look for repairs, he found that both of us needed to update a few segments of the ductwork before any new features could be added. Once the ductwork is repaired, both of us method to install zone control control units in the house. This will allow individuals occupying numerous rooms to have the temperature of that room set to whatever they’d prefer! To further advance the home’s appliances, both of us want to make sure each control equipment can sync with the home’s wireless network. Doing this will allow users to adjust the temperature setting remotely, either with a phone, tablet or laptop! Every one of us also wanted to look into the installation of a mini-cut ductless method for the garage, so future renters of the lake house could use the garage space as a lake lake house gym, or a comfortable workshop. Either way, we’re going to make sure the resale value of this lake house is through the roof – literally!
