On the days that I wake up early and go for a decent run, I constantly have to think about a few things that are important to me. I have the worst allergy issues, and after being outside for some exercise, I need to be confident that when I come back inside our home is going to have fantastic air quality that is nice and clean. So, before I leave for a run, I constantly make sure that the a/c is working. I have a whole-home air purifier connected to our A/C machine, and it functions anytime that the cooling machine happens to be on. Having this ensures that excess dust and dirt won’t interfere with the air quality! This is truly pressing to me, especially during Spring when everything is in bloom. I absolutely must get outside for my jogs. There’s just no way around that. However, the whole-home air purifier is entirely vital because when I come back in I need to know that I will have a safe area that isn’t overloaded with the same pollen that causes me such exhausting complications. If not for the whole-home air purification system, I would really have to contain myself indoors pretty much all of the time. Even though I take dust sensitivity medicine, these steps are entirely pressing because I’m so sensitive to the air in general. My dust sensitivities used to keep me from being able to live an entirely active life, but that’s not the case these days! Now, I am completely free to roam inside and outside because I know for certain that I have a nice refuge in our residence. I wish I had learned about the importance of a whole-home air purifier a really long time ago.
