Updating the smart HVAC

My partner & I recently made some incostly replaces to our house that have made a big improvement in comfort, budget & energy efficiency.  We hired an Heating & Air Conditioning company to take a close look at the heating & cooling idea & make some recommendations. We wanted to make sure the oil furnace & air conditioner were now working at maximum capacity & hopefully, trim our bi-weekly energy costs a bit.  After inspecting the heating & cooling equipment, the Heating & Air Conditioning worker recommended that we install a smart temperature control & zone control. This project was not all that costly, & has absolutely paid for itself in energy savings. A series of valves were inserted in the air duct to regulate the amount of heated or cooled air delivered to the multiple rooms.  We no longer need to maintain 1 temperature throughout the whole house. Independent temperature controls allows us to customize the temperature in each room. We avoid paying to heat or cool empty rooms to the ideal temperature, & family members can customize comfort in their study rooms to personal preference. Plus, the wireless temperature control allows access to settings & programs from virtually somewhere.  With a tap of our finger on our smartphone, I can absolutely raise or lower temperature. If our schedule changes & our family is kept away from house longer than expected, I adjust the temperature control to conserve energy. If the home office feels a bit overheated, I can target cooling to that identifiable room without affecting the rest of the house. The upgrade into wireless connectivity & zoned control have lessened strain on the oil furnace & air conditioner while improving overall comfort.
