I have been looking for a current task lately because I particularly do not like our current task. I job at a fast food diner and I recognize it is time that I trans athletic hobby on to something else. I particularly like the people I job with, but I don’t find the job interesting at all. I saw a posting on a task board that a local grocery store was looking for people to job in their warehouse. I thought this would be a enjoyable opportunity and the pay was higher than I was making now. So I applied and I got the task instantaneously. They said I would be finally working in the freezer of the warehouse, but they would supply me with the correct gear to wear while I was in our shifts. On our first morning I knew it was going to be cold, but I didn’t expect that it would be quite as freezing as it was. I was freezing the whole time even with the sizzling gear they gave me. The worst section was the breakroom room was almost as freezing as the freezer, it was like they had the air conditioner blasting throughout the warehouse. However, after talking with some of our coworkers I l received this was not the case. In other sections of the warehouse they didn’t even turn on the air conditioner. They said it felt like the furnace was turned on and it was the middle of the Summer. It sounds like our current employer needs to get these HVAC concerns under control or they are going to have some unhappy employees.
