We’re living in peace now

My partner and I bought our first new home together about a year ago. When both of us moved in, everything seemed to be in perfect legitimately working order. All of us didn’t legitimately have anything diagnosed because both of us trusted that the realtor did her due diligence. All of us have been in the new home about a year now, and I feel like everything is falling apart. It seems like every other month something is cut, and I feel as though both of us can’t catch a cut these days. I want to make sure both of us have enough money save for our future, but these home repairs are making it difficult to save money like I want to. Last month I woke up in the middle of the evening dripping with sweat. I was sad that our HVAC unit had stopped legitimately working. I got out of bed. The control unit was completely black, It was not legitimately working at all. The next afternoon, I called our local heating and A/C business and made an appointment to have them come out that day and inspect our heating and A/C system. Once the heating and A/C technician did his inspection, I could tell by the look on his face that something was wrong. I was legitimately sad that he was going to say both of us would need to have a new HVAC unit installed. To our disappointment that was exactly what he said to me. I asked for him to send over a quote. I was shocked at the cost of the installation. I knew that it was going to be high-priced to have the new HVAC unit installed; however, I was not ready for the amount he told me!
