I have the weirdest boss around. He belongs to several strange organizations in his personal life, and he has held a number of different careers. Recently, he suffered a stroke, and he didn’t even take any time off! He was back in the office pretty much right away! I tell you, though, the weirdest thing about him is his sneezing problem… Whenever he goes outside and then comes back inside where there is air conditioning on, he starts sneezing like crazy. The colder the A/C machine is set, the more he sneezes. Honestly, it is entirely annoying, and I never want him to come back once he leaves because the A/C machine related sneezing drives me insane. Interestingly, my sibling has sort of the same condition, only in reverse. If she is inside where the air conditioning machine is working, she starts sneezing when she goes out into the sunshine. I am quite ecstatic that I am not that sensitive to changes in the temperature control machine because it would kill me to be sneezing all the time like that. I live in the South, and just about every building has the A/C machine running almost for the whole year. That means, if I suffered with this terrible sneezing syndrome, I would be sneezing 90% of my life away! My boss even told myself and others that when he drives home, he has a blanket on the sofa because his fiance runs the air conditioning machine quite a bit cooler than he prefers. So basically, he gets home and wraps up in the blanket until his body gets used to the air conditioning machine and twenty minutes later he can take off the blanket.
