Getting a good HVAC repairman

With the right people working for you, miracles are possible, then this time last year, I was stuck in a dead end, go nowhere office job! I hated it, and it hated me, and my mental and physical health both suffered because of it. Then my wife encouraged me to take a chance, step back from the daily grind, and follow my dreams. I decided to try out flipping a house, to see if I could make a go of it on my own, and the results changed everything for me. The first thing I did, before even looking for an investment property, was to find experts in electrical grids, Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems, and plumbing. I am a fair hand with hanging drywall and laying shingles, however when it comes to the complicated workings of heating and cooling systems, or electrical wiring, I am lost! Once again, my wife came to rescue, and managed to recruit a retired Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business who would toil on contingency, then she would serve as my advisor while I inspected new homes, and perform any needed Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repairs and upgrades while I was in the renovation. In return for her Heating, Ventilation, and A/C skills and knowledge, I gave her a percentage of the final sale price. Even though I make less money this way, I also exert a lot less time and energy. Not to mention, I don’t have the necessary skills to be successful with heating and cooling services. In this neighborhood our summers are sizzling and humid and last for 6 months, so a house with no a/c would simply not ever sell, and one year later, and our business is thriving!
