Every Fall season me and my family migrate down south for a few weeks; We all have two places that every single one of us split up our time in. The southern times are our number one best, and my place there is way better, i took all our best clothes down there plus bought a ton of good workout equipment. I enjoy and really love the fact that I can consistently workout in the south outside. In the Winter it is a bit frigid and freezing, but doable. I barely use the heating unit in the apartment. I only turn the heating system slightly up after a workout. I do tumbling, running plus weight lifting all outside. Then, once I am done with that I go inside to stretch. The heating system works just good and proper for this. I am slightly tepid hot from working out as well as much combing the heating system makes myself and my family real nice. I am able to stretch way easier as well as too, I feel super loose. After all this is finally done, I can honestly turn the heating system off or keep it super low. In the Springtime, that feels just like a big northern Summer. It is hot and tepid enough for myself and my family that I can swim in the pool as well as go for long bike rides. I bet there are a lot of southern people who use their heating unit for this season! What I do is simply turn it fully off. I also don’t change over to AC once it gets real warm out. I just stick it out and suck it up. I suppose that if I can make it a few weeks or so, I will return to the north where it is much less humid. I can go a long time without Heating as well as A/C since I move myself around so much.
