I am quite happy

I was catching up on a crime show the other day and it said that the murderer turned down the air conditioning super low to avoid the cadaver decomposition and calling attention to it. I don’t want to axe anyone, but I sure wish I had air conditioning that could be set that low. My current A/C struggles to keep things cool. It’s rare that I can get it to 70 degrees. The temperature inside corresponds to the temperature outside, no matter what I set my thermostat to. The notion of being able to set my temperature controller to refrigerator like quality really intrigues me. I think it is time to have an HVAC technician visit and take a look at my system to see what is up with it and if anything can be improved. Maybe it requires a tune-up or a good cleaning. I really hope it won’t cost too much to get my A/C working at peak quality. I am one of those people who is always warm but I don’t have to be. If I could keep the temp at about 60 degrees year round I would be very happy. I guess I’ve just been negligent about my air conditioning issues and should have phoned the HVAC people earlier. Oh well, better late than never. I didn’t believe that there were residential air conditioners that worked like an icebox. I thought it was only industrial ones that did. Mayhaps the tv show exaggerated a bit too or maybe that murder house had an industrial A/C unit after all. I guess I will find out when the HVAC tech gets here. It’s funny that a show about a murder makes me think about improving my air conditioning, isn’t it?
