My best friend and I decided to go to a concert. The concert was in another state, and the drive was a significant distance. Even though it would take 5 hours to drive one way, my best friend and I really wanted to see our favorite band play. My best friend has an older truck with thousands of miles. My car isn’t in much better shape, so we decided to rent a car. I have amazing credit, and I had no problem getting a rental car from the local agency. My friend and I left in the afternoon, so we could arrive to our destination before the sun went down. We were planning on spending the weekend, and the concert was not until the next day. An hour into our drive, the AC stopped blowing cold air. We couldn’t figure out what to do, so we called the car rental company. They gave us the name of a company that could fix the AC or give us a different rental car. The company was only twelve miles from our current location, so we reluctantly decided to head in that direction. While we were driving, I decided to try the AC again. This time, the AC came right on and started to blow icy cold air. My best friend and I didn’t know what to do. We decided to keep driving to our destination, and hoped the AC would continue to work. We drove another 200 miles, before the AC stopped blowing icy cold air again. We decided to keep driving to our final destination, and have them help us at that time.
