I don’t know how you feel about going to a public gym, but I am not in the shape to attend one right now. Over the last couple of years, I have done a lot of binging and it is definitely showing around my hips, thighs and midriff. I refuse to go into a gym where I was once a regular, and start exercising, when I look like I do. That is why I decided to create a home gym in my house. I have a home office in my house and I thought that it would be the perfect place to put my treadmill. I moved all of the furniture around and I put the treadmill right beneath the air conditioning air vents. I thought that it would make me have to exercise harder to work up a sweat. I never thought about the fact that working up a sweat wasn’t what helped you lose the weight, but it was working harder. Anyway, I had the AC blowing right in my face the entire time I was working out, and I began to lose weight. Now I am getting ready to start my crossfit training. I am moving the treadmill to a different part of the room and putting my weight bench beneath the air conditioning air vents. I have the AC blowing over me the entire time I am working out with my weights. Who ever said you couldn’t be comfortable when working out, didn’t have a home gym with an air vent that blew cool AC on them the entire they were exercising.
